Souls leap out

WHERE IS MY SOUL?
As I emphasized in my last post this question should be asked often. We need to make sure that our soul is with us all the time and if she leaped out for any reason we need to make sure that she’ll come back as soon as possible.
What does it mean “a soul leaps out”? Doesn’t it happen only when we die? This is definitely a valid question.
We tend to think so because we consider our soul as one whole entity, assuming that if she leaps out it means that she is gone and we are dead. I would like to suggest that most of us don’t have one whole soul. The only people that might have something close to it are enlightened people – and there are not many of them. We ordinary people need to work for it, to make conscious efforts and to heal our soul so that she’ll become one, whole and clean as much as possible before we die this time around.
I would like to suggest that, as our soul is our largest energetic layer, we have probably lost energetic particles of her through our lives on this planet – I’ll call them “missing parts”. Sometimes when a particle leaps out, other energetic materials that were around can jump in and be attached to the empty place and have an effect of us - I’ll call them “attachments”. And of course I’ll write more about it in the following posts.
Whenever we are overwhelmed either by fear, sadness, sudden surprise, phenomenal experience or any moment in life at which, for some reason, we have held our breath, it is most likely that our soul, or a particle of it, leaped out. Most of the times when we’ll catch our breath back the soul will get back to her place. Sometime it won’t.
Maybe stop reading and try to remember incidents like these in your life and check what happened there?
I’m sending to each of you Light, Love and Compassion.

Most important question

WHERE IS MY SOUL?
I’ll start every post with this question. There are some good reasons why I’ll do it.
It’s the most important question that each and every one of us should ask. Why? I hope that after reading my blog consistently you’ll agree with me. When you start reading I would like you to take this opportunity to STOP for a minute and ask yourself this question.
I hope you do ask it every day and not only once a week when you read my new post. If you don’t I hope that reading the question will help you to ask it now.
Whenever you ask: “where is my soul?” it brings your attention to her. It allows you to nurture her with your awareness even if it’s only for a minute. It can allow you to express love and compassion towards her.
I’ll elaborate about Light, Love and Compassion in another post. It’s one of the best tools I know of, which can be used to help me and others.
This blog is about views from the energetic world - healing, consciousness and dying right. Our soul is the connecting point; a shared element that those topics can’t be addressed without.
I said last week “Our soul is our largest energetic layer”. I would like to emphasis this point - she is our biggest energetic part and that’s why she can and should be close to us, available and easy to reach.
If we’ll be able to know our soul, to have a relationship with her it’ll help us to better understand the expanded energetic world.
So, to start with our soul is definitely a good place to start.
I hope she is with you, synchronized with your body, because though it seems obvious - it is not.
I send you all Light, Love and Compassion

Where is my soul?

When was the last time you asked yourself this question? We think we know where our body is but what about our soul?
Hey, wait a minute, what is our soul anyway? Do we know her? Can we recognize her? Do we have any relationship with her?
I know that those questions seem odd, so I would like to suggest that for a moment you’ll stop reading and check your soul.
I’m going to write about the importance of stop moments in another post – soon. We need those moments in order to have some mini-spaces of time in our life to breathe, to look around, to ask questions, to be aware; and by doing so to accumulate drops of consciousness into our bucket.
Ask yourself: where is my soul? How does my soul feel? Is my soul with me at all? And if she is with me – is she synchronized with my body? Is my soul whole? Is my soul clean? Or any other question that you might have about your soul.
By the way, questions are more important than answers and I’ll write in another post about the role of questions in the development of our consciousness and how to use our back brain for this purpose – the main muscle that helps in accumulating drops of consciousness. The back brain is a very important part of our brain that most of us forgot about, but everything in its own time.
This blog is about views from the energetic world and our energetic layers. Our soul is our largest energetic layer. It is also about healing, consciousness and dying right. I would like to share those views with you in the hope that they will help to expand your world.

I’m sending to each of you Light, Love and Compassion.

P.S.  I’m using the soul in the feminine gender because in the Hebrew language a soul is a feminine  word “Neshama”, and is of the same root letters as breathing - “Neshima”. Would you think that there is a direct connection between our soul and our breathing?
