Intentions as guiding arrows in the automatic flow of life.

Where is my soul?
Intentions can be like arrows that we shoot forward so that they will go before us through the automatic flow of life and through the mist that surrounds us, and help us to navigate our way. This is why intentions are among my favorite tools.
In order to formulate an intention we’ll have to stop for a moment (or more), we’ll have to observe ourselves and try to understand what is happening to us, what do we need and what we would like for ourselves.
Formulating an intention can become a conscious celebration.
An intention can be formulated for small things and for big ones; for practical things or for a way of life and of course as a request for help, as long as it is sincere and comes from a real need. The intention must present a conscious, clear and exact definition of your need.
One of my life-long intentions is to die more conscious than I was when I was born. It is clearly the torch that goes before me and which defines my way. I have added a request for help with my intention because I wanted the universe to know that any help in this matter would be welcomed.
Having an intention does not mean there will not be obstacles. Neither does it mean that I will not have to “pay”. The intention “paints” the path, illuminates the way.
Intentions can open a path for things. Intentions pave the way and illuminate the direction for the energy that is floating around to gather around by means of the definition. An intention allows us to be engaged in what we need or want. We have stopped, observed and examined and then made a decision. We are consciously defining it and sending it forward to light and clear the way.
Let’s say that we stopped and formulated an intention. Now we have to find the time to remember it and repeat it. Every moment, during which we formulate and repeat our intention, is a conscious moment because we are performing something with attention and intention.
I would say that attention + intention = consciousness
In order to formulate any intention we must, as I’ve said above, stop, observe, study ourselves and our situation and define what we need and only then formulate our intention. Find the time to remember and repeat. Any of these elements can be a conscious moment, can become a drop of consciousness that you are adding to the bucket.
It’s a “win win” situation! We have an INTENTION that can help us with our needs and we gather moments of CONSCIOUSNESS.
Just try and see if it works.
Remember - every intention is only for us and never against others.

I send to each of you Light, Love and Compassion.

Light, Love and Compassion – compassion

Where is my soul?

Compassion – the third component of the triangle of this phenomenal tool.

Many good people have written about compassion. My favorite is the Dalai Lama and I encourage you to read his writings. But, it’s one thing to read about it and another to practice. In this post I’m referring to the energetic aspect of compassion.
Compassion is a delicate matter but it’s denser and more compressed than Light and Love. That is to say, it’ll probably be more approachable for us and easier to relate to; that is why we can and we should practice it.
What does it mean practicing compassion? For me it means to use this kind of energy matter towards myself and towards others. This is down to earth energy so everyone can use it and can benefit from it. It can be absorbed by everything on the planet and be useful for healing.
When we practice compassion we can start by stopping for a moment – as always – taking a deep breath, connecting to the Universe and having the Intention to transfer Light.
When we transfer Light, as we said previously, we should try and become a tunnel as wide as we can. This effort is probably going to be, at the beginning, more difficult to hold for too long. So try to intend and transfer Love, and hold on as much as you can and then intend to transfer Compassion.
After you’ll use this tool for a while it’ll become easier to practice and you’ll feel more comfortable.
As I’ve said before – try it first toward yourself. Sometime you’ll find it easier to send it to others than to yourself but in this case it’s important to try it in this order.

In my next post I'll write about a very powerful tool - Intention. Practice first this one, be prepared for another one.

I send to each and every one of you Light, Love and Compassion.

Light, Love and Compassion – Love

Where is my soul?

LOVE – a big word to start with and certainly is a big sentiment. The problem is that we think we know what Love is but when I hear people say: “I love my children” and “I love my car” in the same breath I feel that neither of those words meant the real thing.
I would like to suggest, in a short note, to change the attitude toward people and try to care for them first. Caring is very practical and possible.
Love, as the second component of the “Light, love, and compassion” tool, is energy that is denser and more compressed than Light and therefore we can find it closer, around the planet and not as far particles of a vast Universe. We can almost feel it, absorb it more easily and even relate directly to this energy with some parts of ourselves.
So, when we intend to connect to the Universe in order to transfer Light, we can add Love too as an energy which is closer to earth. It can come from light beings that are around the planet and can become a vivid bridge between us people and light beings.
All the messengers who have visited our planet, like Zoroaster, Moses, Jesus, Mohammad and more, brought this energy of Love to the planet and to the people. We as human should imitate them and try to bring this energy in any attempt of connection with the Universe.
As I said in my last post, when we transfer the energy from the Universe our soul and body are nurtured with the best nutrients there are – Light and - now we added - Love.
Whenever you have a stop moment that you have decided upon beforehand, or even a moment of deep breath that you just take as it is, try to connect to the Universe and send Light and Love to yourself.
The next step after understanding the three elements of this magical tool is to use it for other people too because each and every one of us can benefit from the energy of Light, Love and Compassion.
Experience it first on yourself – like everything else, you should experience on yourself first before offering it to others – then on your family and friends and then expand.
I always say that by using this tool I’m actually egoistic because whenever I stop, take a deep breath, connect to the Universe and send Light, Love and Compassion, I and every particle in me profit from it. Again double gain and you can’t lose from an activity like this when on top of it other people can benefit too. When there is a “win win” situation it implies that it’s an optimal one.
The following post will finish the triangle of elements with Compassion.
I send to all of you Light, Love and compassion.

Light, love and compassion - Light

Where is my soul?

If you ask this question and you realize where your soul is, what you can do immediately is to try and be connected to the Universe in any way you have in your mind – remember that intention can be a guiding arrow in the automatic flow of life and in this case a guiding arrow through your automatic thoughts.
Use your intention to be connected to the Universe as an attempt to do it.
Back to the soul – try and connect to the Universe and send her Light and consciously make yourself a tunnel that allows energy from the Universe to pass through. This energy is a delicate matter that isn’t as dense and compressed as the matter that we live in on the planet. That is why we experience it as Light and it’s very light.
I will elaborate more on the correlation between the density and compression of a matter and consciousness in another post.
So, whenever you think about your soul you can benefit if you would intend to connect to the Universe and allow yourself to transfer with your intention Light through your body to nurture your soul and let your body profit too. This energy is the best nutrient for your soul.
Why? Because souls are from the same source of matter – but I’ll expand about this subject in another post.
Just try it again and again and again even if you don’t understand how or what you are trying. Try and do it even if you do it artificially.
In the next two posts I’ll write about the other components of this phenomenal tool. Love that is the bridge between heaven and earth, between us and the Universe and Compassion that is the humans’ rim
I send to each of you Light, Love and Compassion

Conscious Movement

Where is my soul?

When you start to read a post this question can be part of your automatic flow or it can become a point of change from an automatic movement to a conscious movement.
If you really stop, take a deep breath, remember yourself, ask the question, observe and even try to answer, it can be a conscious moment in an automatic movement. Hold your presence as much as you can and then probably right back to the automatic flow.
I hope you’ve understood already that the automatic movement is the natural stream of our existence. This is the way things are around us and in us for the good and for the worse. Most of them we can’t and shouldn’t try to change. There is a natural course for things. So what I’m saying is that if I would like to be conscious in a way I have to act against the direction of the automatic movement. YES, that is exactly what I am suggesting.
Someone once said: “Only dead fish go with the flow”
How can we be alive and present in this automatic flow of the world around us?
If we would like to be practical and efficient I would say by gathering more and more conscious moments and in time to learn how to prolong them.
There is another beautiful saying: "People are like feathers of the breath of God".
We all should struggle and fight to become (a least) a conscious feather.
If we’ll initiate, plan beforehand and  remember to have more and more stop moments during our day it can help us to be conscious (at least) through those points in our life.
Try!!! It’s a good, simple, not expansive and efficient start if you would like to be conscious in a crazy life.
I send to each of you Light, Love and Compassion.
