Where is my soul?
Intentions can be like arrows that
we shoot forward so that they will go before us through the automatic flow of
life and through the mist that surrounds us, and help us to navigate our way.
This is why intentions are among my favorite tools.
In order to formulate an intention
we’ll have to stop for a moment (or more), we’ll have to observe ourselves and
try to understand what is happening to us, what do we need and what we would
like for ourselves.
Formulating an intention can become
a conscious celebration.
An intention can be formulated for
small things and for big ones; for practical things or for a way of life and of
course as a request for help, as long as it is sincere and comes from a real
need. The intention must present a conscious, clear and exact definition of
your need.
One of my life-long intentions is to
die more conscious than I was when I was born. It is clearly the torch that
goes before me and which defines my way. I have added a request for help with
my intention because I wanted the universe to know that any help in this matter
would be welcomed.
Having an intention does not mean
there will not be obstacles. Neither does it mean that I will not have to
“pay”. The intention “paints” the path, illuminates the way.
Intentions can open a path for
things. Intentions pave the way and illuminate the direction for the energy
that is floating around to gather around by means of the definition. An intention
allows us to be engaged in what we need or want. We have stopped, observed and
examined and then made a decision. We are consciously defining it and sending
it forward to light and clear the way.
Let’s say that we stopped and
formulated an intention. Now we have to find the time to remember it and repeat
it. Every moment, during which we formulate and repeat our intention, is a
conscious moment because we are performing something with attention and
intention.
I would say that attention +
intention = consciousness
In order to formulate any intention
we must, as I’ve said above, stop, observe, study ourselves and our situation
and define what we need and only then formulate our intention. Find the time to
remember and repeat. Any of these elements can be a conscious moment, can
become a drop of consciousness that you are adding to the bucket.
It’s a “win win” situation! We have
an INTENTION that can help us with our needs and we gather moments of CONSCIOUSNESS.
Just try and see if it works.
Remember - every intention is only
for us and never against others.
I send to each of you Light, Love
and Compassion.
Esty
